Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 July 2026 · Applies to bookings made via olderadultsupervision.co.uk
01 Who we are
Older Adult Nursing Practice Supervision and Development Services, trading as a sole trader by Gregory Lamb ("we", "us", "the Supervisor"), provides 1:1 clinical supervision and leadership coaching services to nurses, Non-Medical Prescribers, and organisations across the UK ("you", "the Client").
By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. For how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
02 The services
We offer two services, each delivered as a 60-minute 1:1 session by video call (Zoom):
- Clinical Supervision — grounded in Proctor's Three Function Model, for nurses and Non-Medical Prescribers in older adult mental health care
- Leadership Coaching & Development — grounded in the Healthcare Leadership Model, for nurses moving into or growing within team leadership
Current pricing is published on the main site and may be updated from time to time; the price shown at the point of booking is the price that applies to that session.
03 Booking and payment
- Sessions are booked and paid for via our booking platform, Acuity Scheduling, with payment processed securely by Stripe
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session
- We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe
- Organisations wishing to book and pay on behalf of staff should contact us directly to arrange this
04 Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
- Cancellations or reschedules with 24 hours' notice or more are free of charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged at the full session rate
- If we need to reschedule or cancel a session, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund
- Your booking confirmation email includes a direct link to reschedule or cancel your session
05 Confidentiality
Sessions are confidential. The exception is where something disclosed during a session suggests a risk of harm to you or another person, in which case we have a professional duty to respond — which may include contacting emergency services or another appropriate authority. This is explained further in our Privacy Policy and on the main site's FAQ section.
Sessions are not recorded.
06 Nature of the service
Clinical supervision and leadership coaching are professional development activities. They are:
- Not a substitute for your own mental health support, therapy, or medical care
- Not a substitute for your employer's own line management or clinical supervision arrangements
- Not legal advice — where a session touches on matters such as whistleblowing or employment concerns, we can offer a space to think things through, but you should seek formal advice from a solicitor or your professional body for anything requiring legal guidance
07 Professional standing
The Supervisor is NMC registered, holds a current Adult PVG disclosure, and is covered by professional indemnity insurance. Full details of credentials and qualifications are available upon request.
08 Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care in line with our professional training and standards. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
09 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
